Delaine Eastin Elementary has many different ways to contribute money to our school without using money from your wallet and is based off of things you need to purchase anyway. Our school participates in the following programs: - Box Tops for Education – This fundraiser has several ways to earn money for our school. Their most famous is by clipping box tops on select grocery products. To see a complete listing click here. Bring these box tops to class to help your child win a prize for their class. Contest will be held several times during the school year. Forms are available here. From the box clipping and box top online marketplace (described below) activity a check is given to the school twice a year, to help fund different programs.
- Labels for Education - This fundraiser is based on clipping labels from Campbell’s and Pepperidge Farm products. Bring these labels to class to help your child win a prize for their class. Contest will be held several times during the school year. Forms are available from www.eastinptc.org. From collecting the labels, the school receives points that may be used to purchase equipment.
- Grocery cards - Through eScrip, you can sign up your Safeway Club card and 1% to 4% of your purchase will be given back to the school. For all FoodMax, Lucky’s, and SaveMart shoppers, we have available SHARE cards. These cards are assigned to the group, not to you, so no personal information is required, and 3% of your shopping goes back to the school.
- Online shopping
-
- eScrip – eScrip also has an online shopping mall.
- Shopping through PTC - There are several shopping sites on the main Eastin PTC website. If you shop amazon.com, use the Eastin PTC website amazon.com portal on our main page, so that at least 4% of the purchase price goes back to the school. We also are working with Greenraising – an earth friendly fundraiser.
- Box tops for education ‐ There is also an online shopping marketplace where 1% to 8% of the purchase price is given back to the school. Also at this location is the reading room where 6% of your purchase is given back to the school.
- These programs are not restricted to just Eastin families. If you have family members who like to help, but do not know how, these are simple ways to contribute.
Thank you for your help and support! Delaine Eastin PTC
